Procedure

At the centre so specified the candidates must bring along with them all the relevant documents in original and one set of attested photocopies of the same for scrutiny, alongwith HB pencil, eraser and Black ball point pen.

The list of the documents is as follows

  1. Admit card of NEET
  2. Receipt cum Identity card of NEET
  3. NEET marks sheet
  4. Nationality certificate / valid Indian passport
  5. HSC (or equivalent) examination marks sheet
  6. SSC (or equivalent) passing certificate (for date of Birth)
  7. SSC (or equivalent) statement of marks
  8. Medical fitness certificate as per Annexure-provided in Brochure of competent authority

The following certificates are essential to support the claim, failing which the claim will not be granted.

For constitutional reservation claim

  1. Caste certificate
  2. Caste Validity Certificate (CVC)
  3. Non Creamy Layer certificate (for VJ, NT1, NT-2, NT-3 & OBC including SBC) valid up to 31/03/2020

Steps of Filling Up of Preference Form

  1. Notification by Competent Authority for filling up of Preference Form
  2. Candidates will be called for filling up of Preference Form as per schedule declared by Competent Authority
  3. Counseling of the reported candidates by Divisional Authorities
  4. Issue of Scrutiny form
  5. Filling up of Scrutiny form by the candidate
  6. Scrutiny of original documents & Remarks of scrutiny officer at the prescribed place on form
  7. Issue of Preference Form to eligible candidates
  8. Candidate to fill working Preference Form (WP-1) and then Preference Form (PF)
  9. Submission of Preference Form & Scanning of Preference Form
  10. Issue of data sheet of Preference Form to the candidate
  11. Verification of data by candidate
  12. Correction, if any, of the data and issue of final data sheet
  13. Exit of the candidate with BEST WISHES
